Hi there,
My web designer tried many times to install this theme and every time he faces an error.
He talked with the Server Provider as well but they are saying there is an error in the documentation.
Please check and find out the solution.
If there is any need to re install the same theme on same domain then please re activate the purchase code.

Please make sure that your server meets the requirements, php8.0 and MySQL5.7.10+
500 errors are internal server errors and might be due to several reasons including server versions, config, and bad code.
If you want us to check for you, let us know the server details in a private reply.

You can add privarte reply by enabling the `PRIVATE for Staff only` at top right of reply section.

Yes, I know you are getting 500 internal server error. There could be many reasons for that, you need to check the server error logs to know the cause. If you want us to help you check, then we will need server (files & database) access.
