Hello, how are you, I am uploading the whole file to my ionos host, but when I finish uploading the complete files, entering my website does nothing, shows nothing, gives error 500, I already directed my website to the public folder and it does nothing, I have the correct version of php which is 8.2, help me what can I do.

Can you please share the installation URL? If you can see the page, then you should be able to login and update the settings.
I came to know that the main page caused 500 to due to a missing setting. I will update the download file later today to fix that.
