I get a 500 error when someone wants to see my profile or when someone wants to see the knowledge base.
I also get an error when I try to upload a photo for site logo or icon.

I am not sure about your server. You can run command using ssh access. cPanel and most of the control panels has terminal option to run command.

I already see the error. When I want to translate the json from Spanish it gives me an error. I added it original and it was fixed.
