Err_Too_Many_Redirects

after install it does not pass the screen with failure ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. Does not allow me to enter login or admin or nothing.

I have an existing install on localhost, validated, and tried to install on the destination computer. How Can I do it? How can I get it work?
Do you need to uncheck something with the licence?

Hello,

You need to check the `base_url` in `app/config/config.php` and clear your browaer cache. Then try again.

If it's on live server, you can share the link so that I can have look.

Thanks. I resolved it by changing the base_url
