How can I sent the same Email format and generate the same PDF from SALES when I sale with POS

There is no such option. The POS sale email is different than the sale view and pdf.
If you need same please feel free to modify the view files `themes/default/admin/views/sales/pdf.php` for pdf and `themes/default/admin/views/pos/email_receipt.php` for pos receipt.
