You can enable extensions or use it with wamp, xampp, easyphp or any other web platform. If you need refund, please open refund request at Envato.

no i can’t use xamp wamp or easyphp, because they require admin privilege. usbwebserver does not. I requested refund to envato by paypal.

You should be able to enable extensions with Usbwebserver too. You can check with them.

Anyway, if you have opened the refund request, you should get response to it.
