The ticket prices are as following:

- **Help with file path @ UD$5** per ticket that takes less then 10 minute
- **Help with code snippet @ UD$5** per ticket that takes less then 10 minute
- **Check server/installation for me @ UD$10** per ticket can't fix server but will point the issue so that you can resolve with your server admin/host
- **New installation request @ UD$20** per ticket and this can only be created if you have account balance of $20 or more
- **Update installation request @ UD$20** per ticket and this can only be created if you have account balance of $20 or more

You can buy credit as you like $5, $10, $20 & $50 and I think you should open ticket to ask code snippet that would cost $5.
