Discount issue in return

Hi guys,

I did a sale with a discount. The customer requested me a return sale but when I did that the return didn't take the discount that previously I applied in the sale. Can you please let me with that?

I have this version 3.4.32.

Hello,

There is add return option in actions at the list sales page. This will count the discount applied but will lock the sales for further editing.

The returns from main menu doesn't know the master sale so don't know the discounts. You will have to apply them yourself.
