My PHP version is 7.4

Please make sure that you have uploaded all the files. You can check your server php error logs for details of 500 error.
I am not sure if app logs would be helpful but you can enable them by changing the `log_threshold` to 1 in `app/config./config.php` and access the page again to reproduce error. Lastly check the latest log in the `app/logs` folder.
