Can you please add delivery email option asap or can you tell me the specific files? and can there be an option when the product is delivered an automatic email is send to the customer like email activation? thankyou

There is no option to send delivery email. I can't promise but will check in future updates.
The deliveries code is in the sales controller `app/controllers/admin/Sales.php`
