Customer Address is not saved automatically

After making an account and adding a sale and then adding the address, the address should be saved but it is not showing on any pdf file. Picture attached

    before the checkout the address we add is not saved and do not show on bill receipt unless we add it manually by going to profile.

    Hello,

    No. The address is no display on the sale. You can add delivery for the sale, the address will be auto populated. If you need to check the customer address, then you can from list customers page.

    Actually the problem is that we have to decide shipping charges according to the area. So when we will see the address, we will update the charges manually in sale edit. Any solution?

    I cannot see any address on list customer page. It’s empty. The address is only in database table sma_addresses

    Are you checking the correct customer? The address are being display fine in modal. There is no option to see the address at sale but if you try to add delivery then you can see it. Thank you
