recently I have problem with runing cron job. and I checked with my hosting provider they asked me to upgrade my package to a bigger PHP value on database.
May I know the hosting requirements or specification on PHP value to easily runing the cron job today and future?

Crob job will do exact same things with auto schedule/manual run. You can run manullay to check out the output and the see the order_ref table again.
