Hello,

No. There is no option to add quantity while adding/editing the product. You should add product then add purchase to update the stock.

You will need to modify the products controller, model and view files. I won't recommended this as this can bring many other issue related to stock.

You can fill the vat number while adding/editing customer. If you need call it tax number, you can change the translation string in your language file (app/language/).

There is no option to reset, you can re-install.

_Please don't use UPPERCASE/CAPITAL letters._

Yes, there is no such option.

The sale can be edited from list sales page. How you want me to be more specific? Just visit the list sales and edit any from actions menu.
