I am sorry to listen. May I know if this is fresh install or update? If update, did you perform the step 8 of update instructions.

You can check server's php error logs to know the cause or enable app logs by changing the `log_threshold` to 1 in the `app/config/config.php` file and then try to save again. Lastly check the latest file in the `app/logs/` folder.
