I am sorry to listen. May I know if this is fresh install or update? If update, did you perform the step 8 of update instructions.

You can check server’s php error logs to know the cause or enable app logs by changing the log_threshold to 1 in the app/config/config.php file and then try to save again. Lastly check the latest file in the app/logs/ folder.
