I got this error after I select date range

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

SMA don't generate 403 error, it just redirects. I suspect this is not item related but there might some issues like file permissions on your server that causing this. Please check with your server admin.
