I re-install the app in China hosting, it's not working after installed it. everything was fine during the installation.

- MSAnsweredThese are access logs :( Have you uploaded to correct folder? How have you installed it :( I have no clue what's going on there.
- MSAnsweredThere is no need for any admin folder as admin is route not folder :( Please check with your server admin/host, they can only help.
- PAnsweredI have no idea, the hosting provider said we need to talk to the app developer... what I can do...

- MSAnsweredI have tried to check the link but getting DNS error. What app developer need to do with DNS :( If install correctly and server meets all the requirements then there shouldn't be any issue. Did you check the server error logs?
