Suppose i suspend a bill. now I fetch back from suspended and start billing. Anyhow it happens that the customer is NOT interested and I need to cancel, but I CAN NOT. It keeps in suspended list....
What i feel is that when canceling, your software does not check if that sale was in suspended and has to be deleted from there as well ??
Hoping to see a YES and remedy........

No. There is no option to delete suspended sale before closing the register.
Close register has option to i) transfer suspended sales to other user, ii) leave them to current user or iii) delete them.
