I try to check more I notice when I add transfer to default warehouse see Items increasing well but I sales show blank, issue happen for only default warehouse

Please check your server php error logs and let me know the error details so that I can suggest.

If you are not sure about server error logs, you can try to enable app logs by changing the `log_threshold` to 1 in the `app/config/config.php` and then try to perform action again. Lastly check the lates log file in the `app/logs/` folder.
