When the user make order in webs shop and choose for manual payment options, order complete. later when tried to upload money transfer receipt. redirects to blank page. In the backend sales

When the user make order in webs shop and choose for manual payment options, order complete. later when tried to upload money transfer receipt. redirects to blank page. In the backend sales details, we can not see the receipt in the attachment icon

    Is there any specific folder permission for the upload to work.

    The `files/` & `assets/uploads` folder should be write-able by the php.
