Some of our backup restores are not working. The system notify us, that the restores were successful, but when we check, it has not restored. What can be the issue ?

You can't restore full backup of previous version to latest as the database schema could be different. You only can import contents with our table creation.
Thank you - TPAnsweredI created a backup and then placed a sale. Then I restored the backup, but the sale sill remains there. Isn't the sale record should be erased ?

If you restore the full backup, then sale should not be there. For contents only, yes as it adds data only.
