Hello,
Can you set the default codepage on your printer that supports Arabic characters in uft-8 encoding?
For print as image, something is going wrong while saving the image. Are there any errors in the console? Unfortunately, there are no logs in the windows installer. I am working on the update and will keep this in mind.
Please try print as image and if still same let me know the time in between 1100 - 1800 GMT+8 to access your machine with teamviewer or anydesk.
