Hello,

You can't access the public folder in url as you are doing now. You can manage the installation with any the following choice.

1. Please add subdomain and set the root path to `public` folder in your uploaded files.

2. If you want it in folder then you need to redirect all traffic of `jh` folder to `public` folder inside `jh` OR you can rename the `jh` folder then create the symbolic link named `jh` and point to the `public` folder.

As I told you in my first reply. The should not have public and you should resolve it with root path, web server redirect or symbolic link.
