I tried to import the categories file locally and it worked fine (screenshot attached).

For page load, there could be many reasons like internet connection/route, server load and many others. I have tried on my machine it many times, the page is loading fine even after clearing browser cache. First load takes 2.14 seconds and after that each reload takes below 100ms (faster as asp is already loaded and cached).

Yes, the categories are showing up.

I notice that you have the same categories assigned to the different vendors that won’t work but it will update the record to change the vendor. You can’t have the same code for the categories in the excel file.

Hi Saleem Yes, some vendors has same categories, because they sell same products. Please to consider Vendor as the main Category then Category 1 and Category 2. this feature is important for customer, it will save time. so if i select “NEC” for example it will display category related to it even if “ZTE” has same Category, but for code we can have different ones, no problem.

You can change the code in the excel file and import again. The code must be unique per category and name can be same.

Hello I edit categories with different code and it works perfectly, but i still have 2 issues:

The export was producing error as there is one item without category. Now it’s working. and vendor is showing up on check in/out.
