I have just test it on demo by adding a products then adding adjustment for the product. It's working fine for me.

Your test might be different, please let me know how to test it on demo step by step

On my localhost. The steps are:
1. Login As Owner
2. Add Product
3. Add adjustment on products selected (Addition on Warehouse 1 & Warehouse 2)
4. Go to List Products (the quantity shown is 0)

When I go to List Products, View As Warehouse 1 or Warehouse 2, it shown none. But if I view all warehouse it show my all products.
On demo version on your website, its working fine. I have attached some pictures.

If it's working on demo, it should work for your install too as the demo and download files are same.

If you are not using latest version, please update. Once updated or if you using latest version, please add new products and then add adjustment for the new product. Let me know the result

Can you show me step by step to install it ?
What i have done :
1. remove the old SMA.
2. Download new files. Extract it to my path : C://xampp/htdoc
3. Install it via browser by this url localhost/sma/install.php
4. After all completed, I can add product, add adjustment. But on my list of product, the product that been added still 0.

pls help me.
My step to add product.
1. Product Type : Digital
2. Product name : Testing123
3. Product code : 0330
4. No Brand
5. Category 1
6. No Promotion/NoTax
7. Add Product Image and Details
8. Add URL
9. Submit

Add Adjusment Warehouse 1
1. Select 0330
2. Type Addition
3. 10
4. Submit

Result: 0 Quantity for 0330 Product

Can you guide me on how to add 'product unit, product brand, category' in database ?

Please check the page layout in the documentation.pdf and then To add any option brands, categories and units, you just need to list the page from left sidebar menu under settings and then on the listing page, click page menu icon to get the add link.
