hello kindly if i want to receive cash with card swipe option where should i set account details where money would be deposited.

The card swipe is for input purpose only and will be processed by gateway chosen in paid by. If credit card then it do nothing except store the payment. If Stripe, PayPal Pro or Authorize.net then will try ro process by that gateway.

Yes, you can use cash register drawer. Opening depends on your printing settings. There is no option to send amount to CC machine.
