Good morning, Mian. I wanted to ask about the POS mode, why everytime i open the pos mode and after i make a sale i need to input a reference number ?

The Order reference is the manual input that will be used to reference the order at POS. You can open multiple orders and these references will be differentiating them i.e, Takeaway 1 or John Order. You can open/change orders from monitor icon next to search in top bar.
