Mian Saleem By the way , i focus that wims license was allowed to be installed in just once, it means that license can be requested only once? how can i deploy a extra local environment ，or other environment like intranet sandbox ?

Hello,
Each license is for single active production install. However you can have a test/dev/sandbox installation along with production too.
