Kindly I want to add the marked white area in the attachment photo as I use this system in optics store which sell medical and sunglass ,in the medical department I want add the selected table to be inserted in customer profile and to be added when choose medical optics in POS payment.

I am sorry as customers don’t have attachment option at the moment.
POS module also don’t have attachments yet. Only the sale from add sale page. I will check if I could add attachment to POS sales too.

Sorry ? , you didn’t get my point, I didn’t want to attached file or photos , I want this items to be built in with every payment I do from the pos , I created it in the database but I don’t know how to update or insert table like that in the pdf or payment view

You can modify the
themes/default/admin/views/sales/modal_view.php,view.phpandpdf.phpfor sales.If you are not sure, please hire any developer to help you modify the item code to get desired result.
