hello,
We have given granted the user all privileges on the database but getting the same error. we purchased this one last month 28th , but installation has not been completed till now please can you give me any suggestions for resolving the issue?

Hello,
The error message is quite clear. Please make sure the password is correct if the user has all previliges. You can try change password of the user and then tyr with new password.
Please ask question as this is not bug but some installation issue.
