there no error message, after read the code, no entre nothing and disappear everything.

Can you please copy the item code and then paste it on check in/out if that adds the item?

Yes, i tested in Version 2.1.2, it works.

That's strange. Both versions use the same process for scanning the barcode. I don't have scanner with me to test but the scanner only must type the code to the input (same as paste) and then SSM will search products and add the result product to order. Is there any errors in the console or in php error logs?
