I am using the system offline and When creating new user I forgot uncheck the Send to User Checkbox. Obviously, because I have not any email server it will throw and error. The main point is that this error keeps displaying on screen, although I change screen.

The flashdata should be cleared after first use. I am not sure but there could be issue with your sessions or you are cacheing the pages.

flash data is not clearing. For example, Login message is showing all over the application, saying: Login Successfull. It does not dissapear from any page
