Hi Team, I set up your software on localhost and When I added some products in the system and printed the barcode (code39). After that go to the POS and try to scan these barcode tags but it

Hi Team, I set up your software on localhost and When I added some products in the system and printed the barcode (code39). After that go to the POS and try to scan these barcode tags but it only scan the last product barcode not all, and I also tested it from your demo link but it working perfectly fine. please let me know ASAP.

    Hello,

    Please scan the barcode in a text/notepad file to check if your scanner is reading it correctly.

    Please ask question if the issue not on demo.

    How could you say that, If any of your customer facing problem in your software so you should resolved it. And it’s only reading last added product barcode

    Hello,

    I just asked to check if the barcode is reading the file text file. How could I say that? Because I want to know the scanner/reader is reading fine or not. If you have any other way to test, then go ahead and let me know the result. I am try to help here.

    If you are referring to second part that is violation from your end, you can’t report bug without step to reproduce on demo and if working on demo mean it’s not bug but some issue with your install.

    So please do help yourself a little to check if the scanner is reading the barcode correctly and then let me know by asking question with details.
