You can try to read barcode in the text file to check is scanner reading. If it’s not then check with dealer. You can try to can system barcode and any other too.

If it can read the product barcode from system the sale should be fine too. There is option in the system settings to render the barcode as svg. You can try it. Please pay attention on the browser scale/zoon print settings. It must be 100% otherwise the browser will change the image quality that could cause in such. Thank you
